- Guide strategic direction, prioritising our programmes and activities.
- Closely monitor our operations to guarantee they align with our mission.
- Oversee executive performance, setting objectives and reviewing progress regularly.
- Secure necessary resources to achieve our mission and sustain our organisation.
- Evaluate financial and other reporting to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Implement robust risk management systems.
- Adhere to governance standards set by regulatory bodies.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Financial acumen: You should be proficient in interpreting financial reports and managing budgets.
- Marketing expertise: Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies driving business growth and engagement.
- Campaigning experience: Design, execute, and assess campaigns or programmes.
