About the Role

PICA Group is seeking a skilled Strata Manager to join our BCS Gosford branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential buildings and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  • Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, providing guidance to shape the community's future.
  • Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the support of our specialized departments.
  • Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Oversee the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.
About You

We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager (or Trainee) or experience with commercial/residential properties or over 5 years experience in customer experience. You should have knowledge of commercial portfolios, be familiar with strata legislation, and be able to communicate complex information to others.
