PICA Group is seeking a highly skilled Strata Manager to join our BCS Gosford branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential buildings and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivating and Nurturing Relationships: Position yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters, providing expert guidance and support to our customers.
  • Leading and Facilitating Meetings: Lead and facilitate Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, ensuring that our customers' needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Preparing Accurate Documents: Prepare accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the full support of our specialized departments to back you up.
  • Applying Strata Legislation: Apply your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  • Maintenance and Compliance: Oversee the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strata Manager who has at least 2 years' experience in the field or equivalent experience in customer service. You should have a strong understanding of strata legislation and be able to communicate complex information to our customers.

You will be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You are able to communicate effectively with our customers, providing clear and concise information and advice.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You are able to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You are able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions that are in the best interests of our customers.
  • Knowledge of Financial Reports and Budgets: You have a strong understanding of financial reports and budgets, and are able to prepare and analyze them effectively.
