The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Strata Manager to enhance our client's expanding team. You will benefit from a supportive and structured environment while managing a portfolio tailored to your skills and preferences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating and maintaining key relationships with property owners and committees
  • Interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Providing expert strata advice to clients
  • Handling dispute resolution and contract negotiations
  • Coordinating building repairs, obtaining quotes, and overseeing maintenance
  • Preparing and managing budgets, and producing financial reports
  • Chairing owners' and committee meetings
  • Organising and facilitating virtual and onsite meetings, including periodic site inspections

The Candidate:

We are looking for a Strata Manager with:

  • Previous experience in Strata Management and a current Strata License
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
