About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EPMO Manager to join our client's Transformation team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the portfolio life cycle, ensuring projects align with the company's strategy, and tracking the delivery of key business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and adopt governance standards and tools to ensure optimal portfolio management.
  • Align strategy with action by engaging and inspiring the organisation through compelling storytelling that links initiatives and strategic goals.
  • Implement and oversee organisation-wide benefits tracking to ensure maximum realisation of project and program benefits.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues impacting portfolio governance and controls to maintain a high level of organisational maturity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and optimise performance reporting across the organisation, leading efforts to improve reporting processes and technology.
Requirements
  • Expertise in business-led portfolio management, with a proven track record in portfolio prioritisation and enhancement of portfolio management capability.
  • Experience in an ePMO or Transformation environment, with a deep understanding of project delivery tools and templates.
  • Excellent reporting skills to inform decision-making through insights, with a growth mindset and ability to inspire others to optimise business outcomes.
  • Positive, inclusive, and innovative thinker, with a people-centric approach and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders from varied backgrounds.
