Clinical Research Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Project Manager to lead our dynamic team of clinical trial coordinators and research support staff in the area of Haematology. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and establishing clinical trials and research projects, working closely with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage clinical research projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Develop and implement clinical trial protocols, case report forms, and other research-related documents
- Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to design and conduct clinical trials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and NHMRC policies
- Manage trial budgets, financial reports, and CTMS database management
- Mentor and support junior trial coordinators in their professional development
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency or tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, or other health-related discipline
- Extensive experience in clinical research trials, particularly pharmaceutical
- Understanding of ICH-GCP principles and NHMRC policies and procedures
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
