We seek an experienced risk and compliance professional to join our team. As a key member of our governance team, you will be accountable for overseeing risk management and corporate compliance processes to ensure the organization remains compliant with laws, regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an organization-wide risk management framework, fostering cultural and functional alignment related to risk.
- Oversee the annual risk-based internal audit plan, detailing strategic and operational risks within each business unit.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective training on mandatory compliance, ensuring follow-up and reporting of non-compliance against requirements.
- Ensure efficient and effective compliance with Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority requirements.
