Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Ice Cream Payroll Specialist to manage payroll, administer benefits and provide data reporting support.


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management: Develop and implement effective payroll processes ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans and other perks
  • Data Reporting: Provide regular financial reports and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Skillset: Proficient in payroll software, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; 3+ years of experience in payroll management
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
