About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about payroll management and benefits administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll related to office-based employees, including ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Payroll Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Australian and New Zealand payroll for office-based employees.
    • E nsure high accuracy and standard in payroll processing.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Administer the organisation's benefits programs, including superannuation, salary continuance insurance, and private health insurance.
    • Manage vendor service agreements and ensure timely delivery of benefits to eligible employees.
  • Data Reporting:
    • Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports as required by stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
