Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused telephone support specialist to join our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with transportation scheduling and other related tasks.
- Work efficiently under time constraints, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- React sensitively and promptly to all customer requests and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to read and write English fluently.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office equipment.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Photo Identification.
