Centre Director Opportunity

Lead an experienced team of educators in a supportive and inclusive environment that prioritizes children's voices and cultural safety.

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing administrative duties, including app usage, emails, accounts, rostering, and enrolments. You will also liaise with families, guide educators' professional development, and ensure an educational environment that is safe and supportive for all children.

The successful candidate will have experience as an Early Childhood Centre Director, hold an approved Diploma of Children's Services or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood, and possess leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of educators
  • Administrative duties, including but not limited to app usage, emails, accounts, rostering, and enrolments
  • Liaising with families
  • Guiding educators' professional development and performance
  • Ensuring an inclusive, supportive, and safe educational environment for all children
