Front of House Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Waiter to join our team at Strathfield Golf Club.
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, running food, making and serving drinks, clearing tables and working on the front counter.
- Provide high-quality service to guests and colleagues alike.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve excellent results.
- Run food and serve drinks efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, supervisors, and colleagues.
- Assist with on-site functions and events as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service, with a minimum of 6 months experience.
- Ability to carry three plates and a tray of drinks/coffee (for waiters).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Well-presented with a great work ethic and positive attitude.
- A current RSA certification.
