We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our organisation's people and culture strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the workforce and culture of an organisation with deep social impact.
The Chief People Officer will report directly to the CEO and serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organisational design and risk. Key responsibilities include leading the design and execution of a transformative people and culture strategy, building leadership capability and organisational capacity, driving culture uplift, engagement and inclusion programs, and overseeing P&C operations, industrial relations and compliance.
Requirements- Extensive executive-level experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams within complex service-based organisations.
- Exceptional stakeholder influence and relationship skills, coupled with high emotional intelligence, empathy and integrity.
- A track record of success in designing, developing and delivering learning and organisational development initiatives to enhance capability and development.
