Supervisor - Food & Beverage

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Supervisor in the Food and Beverage department. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic and the ability to lead a team to achieve outstanding results.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for leading a team of Food and Beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all aspects of food and beverage service are delivered to the highest standard.

About This Role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Food and Beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Providing guidance and support to ensure that all aspects of food and beverage service are delivered to the highest standard
  • Ensuring that the kitchen and bar areas are clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food and beverage industry
  • Proven ability to lead a team and motivate staff to achieve outstanding results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
