Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver civil engineering design services across various projects and infrastructure types.
- Identify and implement efficient and cost-effective design and construction solutions through value engineering reviews.
- Develop and recommend design methods, specifications, and performance requirements for tenders and projects.
- Oversee project tasks, including leading client engagement, managing budgets and resources, and collecting and sharing knowledge and technical solutions.
- Tertiary degree or diploma in civil engineering.
- Engineers Australia chartership and state professional registrations (or equivalent) are desirable.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the engineering consulting or construction industry.
- Excellent engineering skills in civil engineering discipline, specifically in relation to one or more of: civil infrastructure design, road geometric design, drainage design, and traffic management planning.
- Proficient in industry-standard civil engineering software and other compatible technologies.
