Customer Service Officer - Inventory Coordinator

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Townsville, where you will be responsible for managing inventory functions and providing exceptional customer service to our client, the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

You will operate our electronic and manual inventory stock management system with accuracy and instruct and train staff as required to maintain quality standards. Your ability to plan and control work activities, including resource allocation and time management, will also be essential.

We are seeking a candidate with relevant experience in a similar environment and excellent communication skills at all levels. Knowledge of inventory management systems would be desirable, and experience within the Defence and/or Logistics environment would be highly advantageous.
