Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking ownership of store presentation.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized service and ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, maintaining a high level of cash handling security and reconciliation.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
  • Receive and process stock deliveries, managing inventory levels and optimizing storage space.
