About This Role

This position involves leading an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, providing quality care and programs for children. You will be responsible for creating engaging activities using industry-leading tools, building positive relationships within the school community, and mentoring educators to develop their skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality before and after school care programs.
  • Create engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with school staff, parents, and children to provide a supportive environment.
  • Mentor and support educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.

About You

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is committed to making a difference in children's lives. You will have excellent communication skills, previous experience in childcare/OSHC (preferably), and a completed or in-progress ACECQA-recognised qualification.


Requirements
  • ACECQA-recognised qualification in childcare/OSHC.
  • Valid Employee Working with Children's Check.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
  • Willingness to obtain National Criminal History Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
