About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at SDN Children's Services. As a qualified educator with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality and inclusive programs for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with children to understand their interests and create a stimulating learning environment.
- Support the physical and emotional needs of children, ensuring their trust and security in the centre.
- Evaluate children's development and contribute to the creation of flexible routines and smooth transitions.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Working with Children Check and current Senior First Aid qualification.
- Sound understanding of child development, health, hygiene, and nutritional needs.
