About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Educator to take charge of their own room and lead a team of dedicated Educators. As a key member of our centre's leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
You will work closely with our Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
