This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to further their career and to build sustainable relationships with children, parents and the local community. You will work closely with the director and a nurturing leadership team, implementing an innovative Preschool Curriculum.

Our work environment offers five playrooms and two adjoining playgrounds on a single level. Each playroom has glass sliding doors that open to the outdoor playground. There is abundant natural light and open space, allowing children to learn, explore and engage in quality experiences. The outdoor environment reflects natural elements and features a vegetable garden, worm farm and water play.

The service is located inside Glenquarie Town Centre shopping centre - a great opportunity to get your errands done on your lunch break

To be successful in the role, we ask that you meet the criteria below:

  • Early Childhood Teaching qualification (as recognised by ACECQA);
  • NESA Registration;
  • Experience within an early childhood education setting would be advantageous;
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture 
  • Practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework;
  • Contemporary knowledge of pedagogy;
