Overview

Responsibilities
  • As an Enrolled Nurse you'll provide outpatient assessment and health promotion services to patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
  • Assess the level of care required for patients and set priorities accordingly.
  • Initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • 2 years full-time post-registration nursing experience within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent) in an acute care, primary healthcare, or military setting.
  • Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, high-quality care to patients.
Additional Requirements
  • You must be an Australian Citizen to obtain the required Baseline Security Clearance for this role.
  • You don't need to be enlisted in the Defence Force to work as a civilian on-base; your job stays here even if the Defence personnel you care for are deployed.
