- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
- Provide speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community.
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor graduates and early-career clinicians, and maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
- Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience as a speech pathologist beyond graduation.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a varied caseload.
- A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and openness to new ideas.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
