Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Provide speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community.
  • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor graduates and early-career clinicians, and maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a speech pathologist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and openness to new ideas.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
