Desktop Support Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage site operations, liaise with headquarters, and improve site functionality. This individual will be responsible for resolving device issues, providing user training, and leading IT service delivery.

About the Role
  • This role involves effectively managing site operations, including daily technology issues, meeting room tech, and hardware/software management.
  • The ideal candidate is personable, passionate about problem-solving with technology, and enjoys daily interaction.
Responsibilities
  1. Resolve device issues and prioritize customer satisfaction
  2. Provide user training and build strong customer rapport
  3. Lead and coordinate IT service delivery, managing daily technology issues
  4. Develop personable relationships with end-users and gather feedback
  5. Presentation of monthly IT operations reports and ensuring documentation is current
  6. Identification of process gaps and collaboration on designing and implementing improvements
  7. Support IT operations across offices
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Desktop Support role
  • Strong network knowledge
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Servers and SharePoint
  • Able to present reports and issues to management
