Sensational opportunity to join this ever-growing successful HRTech / EdTech as they continue their journey from start-up to scale-up with now over 400 staff and 9 offices.

They have grown rapidly over the last few years and are beading down a new structure. We are looking for a Head of Tech to sit on the executive team and work closely with the Chief Executive to help with rapid growth and scale.

You will be responsible for technology planning with a business mindset. You will own the tech vision and the tech roadmap, build the engineering brand, research new technologies, work closely with the Head of Product and manage the technology costs.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Technical strategy
- Technical operations
- Technical talent management
- Technical stakeholder management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop and execute the tech strategy
- Technical innovation
- Team management and development

**Skills required**:

- 10 years in a tech Leadership role
- Lead a team of up to 20 developers
- Strategic thinker
- Technical background in development
- Experience with software development methodologies, infrastructure
management, and information security
