Personal Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Worker to provide exceptional in-home care services to our elderly clients. This role is crucial in fostering client independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the personalized care they deserve, helping them live comfortably and with dignity in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications with accuracy and responsibility, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  • Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld.
  • Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  • A compassionate and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Driver's licence and vehicle.
  • National police check.
  • First aid & CPR.
  • Blue Card.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in personal care tasks.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
