Job Overview

We are seeking passionate professionals to join our Community Care Team in providing care to clients living in the community.

The role of a Personal Carer is to support individuals' independence and improve their quality of life by providing personal care, completing scheduled visits, and interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for caring, be empathetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Completing scheduled visits and interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes to support daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • Providing in-home personal care in accordance with individualised Care Plans.
  • Supporting clients in participating in community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Requirements
  • Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification - Essential.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential.
  • A reliable and insured vehicle to use for work - Essential.
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops.
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks.
