Our organisation is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care services including showering, dressing, grooming and assistance with daily living activities">
  • Assisting clients with meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing">
  • Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities">
  • Transporting clients to appointments and shopping">
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or an equivalent qualification">
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (minimum green provisional)">
  • Roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work purposes">
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets and laptops">
  • Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies">
