We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care worker to join our team in delivering high-quality in-home care. As a member of our team, you will play an essential role in enhancing clients' quality of life by providing person-centred support that empowers elderly clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in the field and possess strong interpersonal skills, with proficiency in personal care tasks. A driver's license and vehicle are also required. We offer a welcoming and supportive work environment that values your contribution and provides opportunities for professional growth and ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalised care based on unique preferences, routines, and needs of each client
- Support with daily living activities, both in home and in the community
- Meal preparation and basic household duties
- Transportation to medical appointments and social outings
- Companionship and social support
- Monday to Friday - 15 to 20 hours a week
- Regular, consistent shifts within standard business hours
- A focus on work life balance, so you can thrive both professionally and personally
