About the Role

We are currently seeking a senior site administrator to join our Rail Operations hub in Western Australia.

This role will operate on a DIDO basis, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a high-profile regional rail project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and report potential hazards relevant to your work area, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain administration and office management policies and procedures aligned with Core and Enabling processes.
  • Manage project travel and accommodation bookings efficiently.
  • Process payroll timesheets and adjustments accurately and on time.
  • Raise supply and plant orders, process Goods Received Notes/Delivery Dockets, and manage vendors effectively.
  • Maintain weekly staff registers, including flights, rosters, and leave.
  • Assist in creating and preparing publications, such as reports, correspondence, and presentations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A significant amount of experience in a similar senior site admin role, having worked on FIFO projects in the resource sector.
  • Previous experience working for Tier 1 construction contractors.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • An ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion while maintaining confidentiality.
  • An ability to collaborate effectively within all levels of the site team.
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role.

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
