About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Site Administrator to join our Rail Operations team in Western Australia. This role will involve working on a regional rail project and will operate on a DIDO basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure administration and office management policies and procedures are established and maintained in accordance with Core and Enabling processes.
  • Manage project travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Process payroll timesheets and adjustments.
  • Raise supply and plant orders, process Goods Received Notes/Delivery Dockets, and monitor rejected invoices and incorrect accruals.
  • Maintain weekly staff registers, including flights, rosters, and leave.
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of publications, such as reports, correspondence, and presentations.

About You

  • You will have significant experience in a similar site-based Senior Site Admin role, having worked on FIFO projects in the resource sector.
  • Previous experience working for Tier 1 construction contractors is highly regarded.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential.
  • You will possess a high level of organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • You will be proactive, adaptable, and able to exercise discretion and protect confidentiality while maintaining an approachable attitude.
  • You will be able to work collaboratively and liaise effectively within all levels of the site team.
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role is required.
