Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in supervising on-site activities and ensuring project delivery meets quality, safety, and environmental standards.


About the Role
  • The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in delivering projects by coordinating and supervising on-site activities, managing resources, and maintaining high levels of WHS, quality, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Manage plant, equipment, labor, materials, subcontractors, and other resources to achieve project goals.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure delivery of projects safely and within budget.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of WHS, quality, and environmental compliance across all sites.
  • Report daily activities to the project team as required by project specifications and company plans.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and relevant certifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks efficiently.
