Lead Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients in various settings across Australia. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in medical and surgical nursing, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base hourly rate of up to $80.43 per hour, plus penalty rates, superannuation, travel allowance, and accommodation during the contract period. Key Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in Medical and/or Surgical ward nursing within Australia or New Zealand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with patients and team members effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
