Care Manager

As a Care Manager, you play a pivotal role in promoting the dignity, well-being, and spirituality of older adults within inclusive and connected communities.

The position demands clinical leadership and support to healthcare and personal care teams. This entails ensuring high-quality patient care is consistently delivered, adhering to Aged Care quality Standards and policy protocols at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing visionary leadership and coaching to healthcare and support teams to guarantee delivery of superior resident outcomes
  • Working in a secure environment, closely adhering to all policies and procedures, including IPC, to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborating with the Residential Manager on operational aspects of the facility

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A compassionate heart and genuine passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • In-depth understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated expertise in AN-ACC assessment processes and comprehensive clinical knowledge
