Main Responsibilities:- To deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant authority.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Proven experience working in Aged Care settings and knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
