We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be working in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive health outcomes.
This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ideal Candidate- A current nursing registration with the relevant regulatory body is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for success in this role.
- The ability to work rotating roster Monday - Saturday; AM and PM shifts is necessary.
- Dialysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.
