Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative professional to join our team as a Marketing Administrator.

This role will involve coordinating and producing marketing communications and collateral, supporting the development and implementation of effective media, marketing, and communication plans to enhance brand visibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating creative and media briefs, and coordinating with agencies for timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.

Additionally, they will help grow our social media presence by capturing and providing content aligned with the overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.

They will also manage and maintain updates to our website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content that aligns with marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of effective media, marketing, and communication plans.
  • Generate creative and media briefs, and coordinate with agencies.
  • Grow our social media presence by capturing and providing content.
  • Manage and maintain updates to our website.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in design programs (e.g., Adobe suite) or work experience in graphic design.
  • Possess a creative and can-do mindset, excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
