
Revenue Strategist

The job requires balancing financial objectives to maximize revenue and profit. The individual is responsible for developing and recommending sales strategies for pricing of transient, wholesale, and group segments.
Key Responsibilities- Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data: Analyzes information to identify problems and proposes solutions. Generates updates on transient segment each period and continually analyzes booking patterns.
- Managing Revenue Management Strategy: Provides critical input to property leaders for development of market sales strategy. Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated and modified as market conditions fluctuate.
- Building Successful Relationships: Communicates brand initiatives and demand analysis to hotels/clusters/franchise partners/owners.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related professional area.
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
