Marketing Strategist

This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established business. The company aims to connect travellers culturally and emotionally with the region, delivering social and economic benefits to local communities.

  • Actively collaborate with the digital team members to deliver social media, website, and email publishing schedules, as well as SEO and SEM programs.
  • Contribute to the design of omnichannel marketing solutions for brand campaigns that meet objectives and enable a connected customer journey.
  • Curate and source insights-driven content for social media platforms, execute the publishing schedule, and undertake day-to-day community engagement and moderation requirements.
  • Work with specialists to execute 'test and learn' initiatives such as A/B testing to improve user experience and performance.
  • Interpret customer data and behavioural analytics, making recommendations to improve website, social media, and/or email performance and usability.

The ideal candidate will have technical skills and experience in contemporary marketing activities across various channels, including content marketing for digital. They should also possess solid experience in social media content curation, brand-aligned community engagement, and moderation, as well as excellent written skills tailored to brand needs.

  • Contemporary knowledge of SEO and SEM, including ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Strong team player with ability to adapt, collaborate, and communicate effectively to achieve outcomes.
  • Excellent administrative and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail.
