Job Title

We are seeking an expert in energy market advisory roles to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary degree in economics, mathematics, statistics/data science, operations research, or engineering.
  • They must also possess strong quantitative modelling skills and research abilities, as well as expertise in energy/regulatory frameworks applicable to power generation and distribution.
  • Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of power plant technologies (wind, solar, battery, gas turbine), including performance parameters and cost structures.
  • Knowledge of related industries and technologies such as natural gas, liquid/low carbon fuels, and electricity transmission is advantageous.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in developing and executing growth strategies that expand our Energy Markets Advisory offerings across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and execution of commercial proposals focused on the energy transition across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Identify, secure, and deliver strategic advisory projects in the energy markets space and energy transition services.
  • Collaborate with our team of engineers, economists, and data analysts to solve techno economic challenges in the future power sector.
  • Conduct technical and market due diligence assignments, bridging our world class technical teams with economic modelling experts.
  • Undertake policy studies and apply economic theory to energy markets.
  • Provide technical expertise in areas such as market studies, cost benefit analysis, and energy policy.
  • Mentor and develop team capabilities.
