About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our Superannuation Team in Bundaberg. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Partners, Accountants, and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence, packaging jobs, and maintain databases
  • Utilize accounting software systems to support our clients
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our Partners and Accountants
Requirements
  • 2+ years of business administration experience in a professional office environment
  • Effective time management skills and attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
