About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administrator to join our Superannuation Team in Bundaberg. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Partners, Accountants, and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence, packaging jobs, and maintain databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Utilize accounting software systems to manage and process client information.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of business administration experience in a professional office environment.
  • Effective time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
