Employment Services Role Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional to fill this employment services role. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for motivating and empowering our clients to pursue meaningful employment.

  • Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to achieve their employment goals;
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is accurately documented and adheres to compliance requirements;
  • Provide exceptional service at every stage of the process.
