About the Role:
  • This is an on-site position, where you will work closely with our team to support individuals in achieving their employment goals.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying client goals and aspirations, building skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into employment.

A Day in the Life:
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Providing ongoing support and coaching to help clients achieve their career goals.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Proven ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • Desire to be part of our broader organization, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and
  • Hold a current Driver's License.
