Online Merchandiser

As an e-commerce specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for executing online merchandising strategies across all brands within the company.
The e-commerce specialist will work cross-functionally with product, stock, marketing and web design teams to enhance product content, drive online sales and maximise conversion rates. Key responsibilities include managing product catalogues, coordinating online promotions, analysing sales performance, and responding to market trends.
- Manage accurate and up-to-date online catalogue and ensure all products are ranged online as soon as they arrive into business
- Ensure products are merchandised daily according to brand online merchandising principles
- Manage & merchandise markdowns and outlet products
- Manage product titles and descriptions
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of retail industry and relevant KPIs
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
