Corporate Development Opportunity

We are seeking a Corporate Development Associate or Manager to join our team. This role offers end-to-end exposure to M&A transactions, investment assessment, capital raising, and corporate strategy.

  • Sydney-based role with hybrid flexibility

The ideal candidate will bring 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, Big 4 corporate finance or transaction services, corporate development, or real asset funds, with a strong preference for exposure to the mining or natural resources sectors.

Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial judgement are essential, as is the ability to manage projects independently and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Based in Sydney, this role offers hybrid working arrangements and the chance to be part of a growth story with meaningful scale.
