About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our members – playing a key role in creating positive experiences. You'll handle enquiries, complete administration tasks, manage bookings, and support other departments where required.

This casual role is ideal for individuals looking to get involved in the fitness and recreation sector. In addition to on-the-job experience, we now offer training and development pathways from this role into:

  • Learn to Swim Instructor
  • Group Fitness Instructor

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration (desirable)
