Join Our Team at Plus Fitness – Casual Admin & Sales Assistant (Sefton & Chester Hill)

Administration & Sales Assistant
 to join our vibrant team at 
Plus Fitness Sefton
, with opportunities to work across our Chester Hill location as well.

This is the perfect role for someone outgoing and confident, looking for 
consistent part-time casual work
 in a positive and active environment.

Please note:
 As we have a 
female-only training section
 in our gym, we are currently seeking at least one 
female team member
 to ensure coverage during relevant shifts. Applications from both male and female candidates are welcome, and ideally, we are looking to recruit 
one female and one male
 to support balanced staffing across all areas of the club.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Being the face of the club greeting members and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Answering phone and in-person enquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Making outbound calls and confidently engaging with members and leads
• Promoting memberships and supporting sales campaigns
• Supporting overall gym operations and admin tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the club through general housekeeping, including:
• Wiping down equipment and tidying the gym floor
• Restocking supplies
• Cleaning bathrooms and shared facilities
• Ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and inviting at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
• Previous customer service or sales experience (experience with KPIs highly regarded)
• Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• A friendly, professional manner and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Availability during core shift times:
• Tues–Thurs: 3PM – 7PM & Friday: 9AM – 1PM
• Additional hours available (Mon–Sat 9AM - 1PM or 3PM – 7PM)
• Must have or be willing to obtain a 
  Working with Children Check
   and 
  First Aid certificate
• A current 
  driver's licence
   and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Passion for health and fitness (bonus if you're studying or certified in fitness)
