Job Summary

A dynamic and experienced electrician is required to maintain electrical/mechanical plant and associated equipment to regulatory requirements within the district, ensuring an effective and efficient service.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in electrical fitting/maintenance, experience in commercial/industrial sectors, and proficiency with computer maintenance management software systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain electrical/mechanical plant and associated equipment to regulatory requirements.
  • Work on the frontline as part of a proactive team to enhance patient experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Trade qualified Electrical Fitter/Mechanic with successful post-trade experience in commercial and/or industrial sector.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team; capable of managing designing and purchasing equipment to complete tasks or projects.
  • Knowledge of computer maintenance management software systems; proficiency with spreadsheets word processing email and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession or willingness to undertake training to obtain Arctick Restricted Split System Installation & Decommissioning Licence.
  • Commitment to undertake additional training in either Certificate II or III depending on current qualifications.
  • Current unrestricted NSW drivers licence and/or commitment to obtain MR licence within 6 months.
