**Global Remuneration Specialist Position Available**
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Canberra as a Global Remuneration Specialist. This role will suit someone with strong technical expertise in HR, accounting, and data analysis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting annual reviews of remuneration packages, applying actuarial data and market intelligence to recommend adjustments, and maintaining and enhancing the remuneration analysis model.
- Conducting annual reviews of remuneration packages (salary and non-salary benefits) across multiple overseas missions.
- Applying actuarial data and market intelligence to recommend adjustments, including in complex environments such as hyperinflation and political instability.
- Maintaining and enhancing the remuneration analysis model (Excel-based), ensuring accuracy, scalability, and ease of use.
Key responsibilities include managing data inputs, documentation, and methodologies to support audit-ready decision-making, leading procurement and integration of market data from external providers, engaging with senior stakeholders, and overseeing survey coordination across global missions.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in remuneration analysis, HR, or a related field, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical skills, proven stakeholder engagement experience, excellent communication skills, and current NV1 Security Clearance.
